Brazilian Troops, and MINUSTAH, Should Leave Haiti

MINUSTAH has basically replaced the hated Haitian army, which President Aristide abolished, as a repressive force. Washington will not allow democracy in Haiti, because Haitians would inevitably choose a left government.
